Mileage incurred to outsource any form of imaging the township is unable to perform. Current Federal mileage allowance.

Administrative hours: The current pay rate for the records coordinator will be charged for all staff time incurred to assemble a FOIA request.

The time to research, prepare, and copy the materials will be estimated and half of that amount will be required as a deposit, payable to Oceola Township prior to gathering the information. Upon completion of request a final bill will be prepared.
